Special Notes

Four color process printing requires special quotations (except for digitally color printed buttons).

Please identify repeat orders with previous invoice or reference number and date produced.

Production Time

Production times are shown on catalog pages. Specific dates must be worked out with the factory. Special quotes for rush service are available for guaranteed shipments on buttons and other items. However, this service does not apply to all items, and the factory must be contacted to work out production and shipping specifics.

Over And Underruns

We make every effort to ship exactly the amount ordered. However, all orders are subject to a 5% over-or-under run and will be considered complete for invoicing.

Union Label

All shown button products are 100% union made. Graphic Communications International Union. However, we assume no responsibility for printing the union label unless specifically indicated on your purchase order.

Our button products are made with pride in the USA.

Art Preparation Charges

Art charges are shown on individual web pages. Art charges can be avoided by supplying computer-generated art on disk (preferred) or camera ready artwork. Camera ready art is:

1. Complete art, including all copy to be reproduced exactly as submitted.

2. Ready to scan, no tape, folds, etc.

3. Needs no touch up or design rearranging..

4. Always black & white, no grays or colors.

5. Photo copies or faxed artwork is not considered camera ready.

Submitting Your Own Artwork

Please contact us to make arrangements to send your artwork to us via email or regular mail.

Proofs

Black and white paper proof $10.00(P). Actual production proof $50.00(P) plus art charges, for a one color imprint. Add $30.00(P) for each extra color. Only art charges can be applied against the production order.

Color Matches

We make every effort to match PMS colors when specified. However, we cannot guarantee exact color match. PMS colors are not available on hot stamped ribbons. Color match on paper $10.00(P).

Will be provided upon request on button orders at no additional charge.

Cancellation Charges

Based on the amount of work completed. Minimum charge once order is entered $20.00(P).

Returned Goods Policy

Merchandise may not be returned without factory authorization. All returned goods authorization requests must be made within 10 working days.
